Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Care reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced, reputed company, customer care environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Additional Requirements

This role requires flexibility to work anytime between 6:00am - 2:00am, including weekends. You will be expected to work in a hybrid environment in reputed company, Florida, with on-site expectations of 3 days/week. You will also be required to have a full-time shift flexibility.
