Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing production orders and creating labels for reputed company Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
• Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
• Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
• Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
• OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
• Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

• Prior hands-on experience with reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
• Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
