The Role
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and customers through our call center operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls with ease and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service and a highly satisfying experience
- Utilizing strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
