We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack HR Technology Analyst to join our People Systems Team at arenaflex. This role will be a hybrid position, requiring employees to work onsite at our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, at least 3 days a week. As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for the most reputed company tasks reputed company to meeting business needs and system capabilities. You will possess a deep understanding of internal customer systems and have advanced system application experience. Responsibilities

* Generate general or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or financial data for review by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology

• Knowledge of concepts and processes for employee recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employee data systems

• Preferred: Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this function but not required

Pay & Benefits

* Competitive market earnings from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and provided at the discretion of reputed company.
