Position Scope

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means as needed
- Exceeding daily quotas for inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
- Recording detailed notes of customer communication and maintaining reputed company-time inventory volume
- Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients
- De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
- Recording and documenting customer interactions and inputting necessary data to identify trends for escalation
- Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to reputed company the best experience possible
- Operating in a remote work environment by utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge

Required Skills/Abilities

Qualification/Education and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
- This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST
Physical Requirements
