Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to calls from customers who have questions regarding their benefits package, including 401K, Health Insurance, Pension, or Payroll reputed company inquiries
• Assisting with website or application reputed company issues in regards to accessing their benefits
• Answering questions regarding products or services the customer may have
• Assisting the customer with enrolling in their benefits plan through their employer
• Documenting customer interactions in the reputed company system thoroughly, using reputed company spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Transferring data from documents into the reputed company's system
• Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and reputed company deposit information updates, 401K withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections
• Conducting independent research, utilizing tools and resources provided, to determine the best reputed company to a customer's case
• Working independently, while supporting your team as a whole, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of call center experience OR 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer navigation and organizational skills
• Ability to complete and pass online training, with a commitment to attending 100% of the training sessions
• Ability to complete and pass a background reputed company
