What You'll Do

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to account processing, including checking processing, object processing, reputed company bills, and budget transfers
• Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and process transactions
• Assisting various departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
• Working on member cases and sports assigned to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees

• A high school degree or GED
