We're seeking an reputed company Crisis Specialist to join our dynamic team, working remotely on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention reputed company team. As a Crisis Specialist, you'll be handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.

• Conduct follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
• Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation

• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments

• Answers crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs
• Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
• Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in providing service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources

Qualifications:

* Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, reputed company Work, or reputed company field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist

• Years of Experience: Six months to one year of reputed company crisis experience is preferred

Compensation:
