We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our workforce development team, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to customers, reputed company, and trade-affected individuals. Your primary reputed company will be on conducting initial assessments, providing services and referrals, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct initial assessments of customer needs and reputed company services or referrals as appropriate

• Evaluate education, training, and experience to properly register applicants in the appropriate database
• reputed company instructions and assistance as needed to customers utilizing the reputed company Florida system, Florida's reputed company system for Reemployment Assistance (RA) claimants, and other computer data and programs
• Screen and refer reputed company applicants to available reputed company and/or training opportunities, reputed company job development contacts, reputed company labor market information, reputed company employment counseling as appropriate, refer to testing and/or other supportive services as appropriate
• reputed company follow-up services to claimants enrolled in the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program
• Process job orders using information obtained from reputed company to compile job descriptions, accurately reputed company reputed company occupation and industry, and reputed company file search of job orders for reputed company applicants adhering to veterans' preference and mandated Federal Contractor requirements
• Monitor job orders, maintain reputed company contact with reputed company to reputed company follow-up and verify referral results with reputed company to document in job orders

• Refer eligible individuals to appropriate staff for comprehensive assessment and assist staff in pulling together information needed to conduct a TAA Information Meeting for trade-affected workers who are covered under a certified petition

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, workforce development, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Ability to travel locally and use a registered company vehicle for transportation purposes, if available
• Certification as a Workforce Development reputed company (Tier 1) reputed company 6 months of appointment to this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of workforce development programs, including RESEA and TAA
