Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, as required
• Verifying information provided to our reputed company by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-reputed company information
• Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the reputed company
• Performing data entry, vendor resource verifications, reputed company certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
