The Role

As a Technical Content Designer on our Customer Service Content reputed company team, you'll work closely with program managers, visual designers, and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to edit and manage content for the arenaflex Help Center and internal customer service knowledge reputed company for our global CS teams. Responsibilities

As a Technical Content Designer, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A BS/BA degree

in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing.

5+ years of relevant experience

in technical writing, editing, project management, or a reputed company field.

Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communications skills

Extensive technical or UI writing experience
