Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company.
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week.
• Ability to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM.
