We're seeking reputed company seasonal customer service representatives to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a seasonal customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and clients, resolving issues and complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner, and working collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company our goals.

Schedule and Duration

This is a seasonal part-time role that requires availability on weekends and adherence to the specified schedule and training period. The schedule includes:

• 20 hours total, with two 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays:

+ Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST + Shift 2: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST

• Additional 4-hour shift scheduled for coverage during peak business hours

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a seasonal customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering and tracking telephone calls reputed company established department standards

• Fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
• Answering "entry level" claims inquiries
• Taking "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
• Understanding and processing "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
• Entering prospective members into our software database
• Maintaining appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
• Interacting professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
• Working effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
• Working independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
• Redirecting calls to appropriate departments as required

Education, Experience, and Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
