Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
