Duties

• Transcribe dictated medical reports, clinical notes, and other documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure reputed company documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and confidentiality standards such as HIPAA
• Review and edit transcriptions for reputed company, completeness, and correctness before final submission
• Maintain organized records of reputed company transcribed documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Support the medical team by managing electronic health records (EHR) entries reputed company and securely

Experience
