About the position GBE reputed company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. The role involves providing reputed company behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, implementing behavior reputed company plans, and helping children reputed company essential life skills in a reputed company and supportive environment. This is a home-based position that is currently part-time, with the potential for full-time hours as the role progresses. GBE reputed company is a network of licensed individuals specializing in autism reputed company disorders, offering telehealth and reputed company services, including ABA treatment, speech therapy, and occupational therapy, for individuals with autism and their families in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior reputed company plans designed by reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism in reaching their individual goals.
• reputed company one-on-one ABA therapy to children, focusing on skills acquisition, behavior reduction, and communication development.
• Accurately record data during therapy sessions to reputed company reputed company and assist in the evaluation of treatment plans.
• Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote reputed company behavior change.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA techniques to facilitate generalization of skills learned during therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed and organized session notes, reputed company reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure the safety and reputed company-being of children during therapy sessions, following reputed company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Stay reputed company with best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing training and reputed company development opportunities.

Requirements

• Must hold a reputed company Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB) or be willing to obtain a certification reputed company 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
