Travel & Expense Data Analyst

Your reputed company You will serve as the strategic manager of reputed company's global travel program, owning our most impactful vendor relationships and ensuring our reputed company have reputed company to the best possible travel benefits and perks. You will manage the full lifecycle of travel partnerships, from identifying opportunities and negotiating reputed company to implementing and administering programs across our platforms. This role sits at the intersection of travel sourcing, travel program design, and travel and expense platform administration, driving both financial reputed company and traveler experience at a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, reputed company, and manage strategic travel vendor relationships including hotels, airlines, rental reputed company, and other employee travel perks
• Own contract negotiation, review, and implementation from initial reputed company through signing and go-live
• Proactively identify gaps or opportunities in the reputed company travel program and reputed company a reputed company reputed company of view on how to address them
• Streamline administrative processes using AI tools, automation, and strategic thinking to reduce friction and improve efficiency
• Administer the Egencia travel platform, including managing inventory, overseeing bookings, and maintaining traveler accounts

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in travel sourcing, travel and expense management, vendor negotiations, or a reputed company field
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and AI to drive reputed company
• reputed company judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity, difficult negotiations, and competing priorities with confidence and poise
• Experience with travel & expense platforms (Egencia, reputed company, or similar), reputed company, and the full reputed company Office suite
• Comfort with and curiosity about AI tools (e.g. Claude, reputed company, etc.) to improve workflows and processes
