Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of WFM experience in a contact center or multi-channel environment, with demonstrated expertise in scheduling optimization.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience.
• Certified Workforce Planning reputed company (CWPP) certification preferred; Project Management reputed company (PMP) preferred.
