We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a seasoned CX reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients reputed company phone, SMS, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our event and support teams to ensure seamless communication and issue reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve reputed company inquiries and concerns
- Answer basic reputed company questions about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as reputed company as internal triaging of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* 5-day a week fully remote position with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs
- Hours: 2:30pm-11pm CST Sun-Thurs, with Fridays and Saturdays off
- First two weeks of training will be M-F, with Sundays mandatory
- Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
- Passion for health and wellness is a must!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hr or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- Starting reputed company reputed company: $20/hour
- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team reputed company and individual performance goals
