Responsibilities
As a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Navigating the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information; capturing and documenting demographic and financial information in the electronic health record; maintaining accountability for accurate data entry in the electronic health record and maintaining patient reputed company and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities who are calling for a reputed company of reasons, to include scheduling appointments, refilling medications, obtaining insurance referrals, receiving symptom-based care, obtaining reputed company-certification for testing, insurance and/or billing questions, requests for medical forms and/or test results, etc.; ensuring reputed company to the call.
- Leveraging critical thinking with speed and accuracy to identify reason for the call and take appropriate reputed company based on caller need and reputed company; researching reputed company issues in the electronic health record and consulting/escalating to clinical staff reputed company necessary; leveraging multiple job aids and resources to reputed company appropriate level of service.
- Scheduling patient reputed company based on reputed company provider preferences; verifying and updating insurance and checks insurance eligibility; collecting and documenting demographics; maintaining proficiency in and shares knowledge of insurance basics, MyChart, and appointment instructions; documents and sends messages to providers and clinical staff in the electronic health record for clinical-based needs; communicates directly with providers (physicians) to reputed company pertinent clinical information during after hours.
- Managing calls reputed company established performance and customer service standards; achieving targeted abandoned call reputed company, average speed of answer, and average transaction time; providing excellent and consistent customer service in a reputed company of situations; communicating in a reputed company, reputed company, and respectful manner with patients, providers, arenaflex staff, and external organizations.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of recent reputed company or customer service experience
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a reputed company manner is an essential function of this job
- Typing Test Required (minimum speed 35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
- Must live reputed company 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
- Availability to work 28 hours per week, Monday-Tuesday 7:30am-4pm, Wednesday-Friday 9a-1pm
