The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate – Technical Support, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and upselling our products and services. Your primary goal will be to reputed company customer expectations and build lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Need:

- 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints
- Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience reputed company
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues

- Previous telecommunications experience
