Job Responsibilities

As a Compliance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Finance management and reputed company of compliance reputed company our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of a reputed company for reputed company assessment of risks at arenaflex finance
• Collaborating with the legal and external teams to implement and reputed company with new regulatory changes relevant to arenaflex Finance
• Monitoring the testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs) as described under the Companies reputed company 2013 associated with Corporate Finance
• Assisting initiatives reputed company the finance teams to ensure that internal/external audit observations are addressed and critical actions are taken reputed company dedicated timelines for the closure of the observations
• Supporting STPI-SEZ statutory compliance with daily activities
• Managing the GRC tool in reputed company, which may involve evaluating compliance with Finance; Treasury; Tax, HR – Payroll & STPI & SEZ compliance, including but not limited to:

+ Ensuring that withholding taxes are deposited in accordance with statutory timelines + Ensuring compliance with various Customs-reputed company Acts, GST, MSME, Companies reputed company, etc. + Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management reputed company 2000 + Partnering with the FAR team, HR, and legal teams to ensure reputed company reputed company-reputed company statutes (e.g., Provident Fund; Gratuity; Payments of Bonus reputed company), etc. are complied with + Reviewing and updating reputed company Operating Procedures and assisting in physical verification of fixed assets + Building and evaluating RACI and assisting teams reputed company Corporate Finance + Assisting team members in compliance with Information Protection Policies and data control of reputed company + Preparing a compliance dashboard for management to reputed company and update on Operational and Compliance status

Reporting/Working Relationships

As a Compliance Analyst, you'll report to the Sr. Manager Finance Compliance and work closely with the finance pyramid team members and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A college degree in reputed company
• Preferably a Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary with 1-4 years of post-qualification work experience from a reputable organization or auditing firm (ideally audit reputed company/compliance)
• Preferably having expertise in indirect taxation/STPI & SEZ/HR law expertise/reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in detail
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in primary reputed company systems
