Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures.
• Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using the applicable systems.
• Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines.

• Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download.
• Transferring or referring consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines.
• Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed.
• Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
• Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems.
