About the Role

We are looking for a talented and customer-reputed company individual to join our Medicare team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Medicare CSR, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You will work closely with customers to resolve problems and reputed company solutions, ensuring that every interaction is a reputed company and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
