We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our reputed company's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

• Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
• Conduct outbound customer interview calls to reputed company information and resolve common customer concerns.
• Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
• Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with a strong background in collections and servicing activities.
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided).
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
