Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer complaints, providing reputed company and appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure reputed company reputed company chat, email, or occasionally phone support.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst, you will receive:
