As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company solutions to meet their needs. Your primary reputed company will be on data entry, patient enrollment, and medication management, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into our systems.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Resolve phone calls to reputed company providers and others to reputed company data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as reputed company by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
