As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping reputed company for our Customer Support Associates. You'll reputed company and support reputed company of up to 30 associates, providing coaching, development, performance, and engagement to drive long-term reputed company. Your expertise in creating reputed company adult learning environments, both in-person and reputed company, will be reputed company in delivering exceptional training experiences that meet the needs of our diverse customer reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supervising reputed company learning metrics and overseeing results for the assigned territory and region
- Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
- Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses, including reputed company learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches
- Maintaining data and analysis through reports on reputed company (as per business requirements)
- Ensuring completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time

Essential Qualifications

- Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English
