Schedule

Our project operates on a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts, ranging between 7:45 am and 6:00 pm Eastern reputed company Time. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound phone calls and assisting customers with their questions, providing outstanding customer service
• Recognizing and following call flows with scripts
• Researching, reviewing, and relaying information to customers
• Researching information using multiple systems
• Identifying and escalating appropriate issues

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience
