We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Call Center team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations - Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided - Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls - reputed company other duties as assigned by management - Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures - Possess strong oral and written communication skills - Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment - Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using reputed company, patience, and courtesy
Essential Qualifications:
