We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk, MSO to join reputed company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces, reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims, and completing warranty work for various vendors. You will also reputed company as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking reputed company telephone calls during periods of high call volume.

Key Responsibilities

* Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces into various software programs

• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims and ensures accuracy
• Accurately completes warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy
• Acts as a backup to Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking reputed company telephone calls during periods of high call volume
• Works with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and other software programs
• Participates in special reputed company and performs other duties as required

Work Experience

* Previous experience in a relevant position is desired, but not required

• Experience using reputed company Office (Word, reputed company) is preferred

Preferred Education

* High School degree or equivalent is required
