As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove customer service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests. You'll be working in a fast-paced, reputed company call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email).
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
