As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing reputed company-time, hands-on support to customers in our last-mile delivery warehouses. Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station reputed company at a Locker+/Counter+ Hub, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and reputed company accurate information about their packages
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a reputed company experience
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues

Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma

- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools
