The Role

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns

• 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts

• Organization and work prioritization skills
