Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting reputed company of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising reputed company learning metrics: reputed company the results of assigned territory and region, ensuring that training programs are meeting their intended goals.
• Managing live performance metrics: End-to-end management of performance metrics for assigned territory, driving business results and reputed company improvement.
• Conducting learning sessions: Deliver training courses, including new process training, reputed company learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches.
• Maintaining data and analysis: Utilize reputed company reports to reputed company and analyze training metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-reputed company work experience: Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

• Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
