Position Scope

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients and their customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, are self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed
• Exceeding daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
• Recording detailed notes of customer communication
• Maintaining reputed company-time communication by keeping inventory volume reputed company

Required Skills and Abilities

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company)
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
