Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing billing calls, investigating reputed company reads, and resolving billing accuracy or payment issues
• Handling emergency calls and providing reputed company support to customers in crisis situations
• Processing customer reputed company-ins, adds, and transfers, as reputed company as refunds, compensation requests, and changes to accounts
• Routing escalated customer issues for reputed company and making referrals to special programs such as Energy Assistance, CRISIS, Dollar Energy, or other programs as necessary
• Processing order inquiry calls, initiating service orders, and providing service order status updates
• Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements and directing them to self-service channels as needed
• Meeting individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals while multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, reputed company, and systems
• The ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (Word Per Minute)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• For bilingual candidates, the ability to pass a bilingual aptitude test (Spanish) and possess solid written skills in English and Spanish, as reputed company as reputed company fluent English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

Work From Home Office Requirements

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:
