We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues reputed company, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision
• Handling incoming and outbound calls at a reputed company level
• Working the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification
• Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
• Accurately verifying, keying, and/or memoing insurance information
• Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
• Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
• Distributing and exchanging information with others
• Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
• Mentoring fellow coworkers as requested by supervisor

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of reputed company experience preferred
• Data entry and keyboard knowledge required
• Call Center experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to read and apply common reputed company understanding to reputed company instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions, and memos
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
