As a Remote Hotel Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers on substantial loss assignments, which require coordination of multiple departments and functions. You'll serve as a resource for reputed company concierge functions and systems, providing a seamless and supportive experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

* Triages substantial residential and reputed company property losses by assessing reputed company needs

• Serves as the reputed company of contact for a reputed company of clientele, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating hotel stays reputed company budget provided by the insurance company
• Coordinates with other support departments to ensure seamless transactions for clients, monitoring the job throughout the entire process to ensure adherence to procedures of the referring reputed company
• Assists with special reputed company and training of new colleagues on processes and systems
• Performs other duties as assigned, supporting the organization's reputed company program(s)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

• Three (3) years of customer concierge or claims customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong knowledge of concierge department systems and processes
• Detailed knowledge of other support departments
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and handle conflict
• Detailed knowledge of managed repair strategies and processes
• Demonstrated ability to work with other departments to accomplish objectives
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including reputed company Office products
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or in reputed company environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
