As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Work from Home with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to existing supporters to reputed company funds for important causes around the globe. You'll work with a reputed company of charities, from local organizations to international non-profits, and will have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company difference in people's lives. Your day will be filled with a mix of tasks, including:
- Making outbound calls to existing supporters to reputed company funds for important causes
- Welcoming new donors and child sponsors
- Renewing event participants and inviting donors to give monthly
- Thanking and connecting with supporters to build relationships and reputed company giving
- Identifying new opportunities to delight and engage with supporters

* A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for talking to people and building relationships
- Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST), with occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
- Technical savvy and self-reliance, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting
- A newer-version reputed company PC or laptop computer (reputed company or Mac are not supported)
- A reputed company work from home office reputed company
- High-speed cabled internet reputed company (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
- A USB headset and webcam
