Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving, documenting, and processing service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and arenaflex local offices utilizing reputed company Service reputed company.
• Ensuring the reputed company dispatching of service mechanics and escalating requests to arenaflex field management as appropriate.
• Working on other tasks as necessary, such as elevator phone programming and reputed company improvement activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A dedicated workspace and high-speed internet reputed company.
• Excellent customer service skills, including reputed company phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers.
• Strong familiarity with computers and basic application familiarity.
