As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating activities reputed company to business processes, and working with residential customers to get solar net metering documents signed. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service as a primary reputed company of contact from customer reputed company submittal to solar activation
- Work with residential customers (homebuyers) to get solar net metering documents signed
- reputed company customers on how Net Metering works in their reputed company and reputed company realistic timelines for the approval process by the reputed company company
- Set and reputed company customer expectations through reputed company points of contact, providing regular proactive communication on project status, timelines, and next steps
- Work with customers prior to final home purchase and after to obtain inputs such as documents or signatures on application forms

- Coordinate with account managers, utilities, jurisdictions, sub-contractors, build partners, and internal construction manager to ensure a smooth and efficient activation
- Problem solve project challenges, support teams in removing roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure quick reputed company and reputed company
Requirements
* 2 years plus of project administration, project management or field construction experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer questions and issues

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
