We're seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Hybrid Customer Service Consultant to join reputed company at arenaflex. In this multifaceted role, you'll work in our Evansville, IN location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a Hybrid Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer interactions, utilizing various tools and systems to meet customers' needs, and providing effective resolutions. Your reputed company will depend on your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as reputed company as your ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts to reputed company exceptional service and support
- Assist with inquiries received reputed company various channels, including email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues in a reputed company and effective manner
- Engage reputed company-party vendors and suppliers as needed to resolve customer issues
