Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll have a reputed company of responsibilities that will challenge you daily. Some of your key duties will include:

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner.
• Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
• Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management and reporting on customer complaints and inquiries.
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as necessary.
• Completing call notes and call reports as required and updating them in our CRM system.
• Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (a plus)
• Some sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
