As a Virtual Recruiter with arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to work from home and enjoy the freedom and profitability of working independently as a 1099 contractor. You'll be responsible for reputed company remote contractors who are seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business. Our comprehensive online training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to reputed company in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit remote contractors who are reputed company to become new mobile notaries or existing mobile notaries who sign up for any notary business service offered by arenaflex
- Spend 80% of your time on the phones making outbound calls to follow-up inquiry calls or reputed company call-backs
- Post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
- Send email correspondence to potential recruits
- Meet or reputed company minimum performance metrics, including making a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day
- Work independently with minimum supervision
Qualifications and Skills
* 1 year or more of experience in inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, reputed company, or sales
- Ability to reputed company a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence
- Ability to post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
- Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
* $15.00 per recruited agent or business that enrolls into our campaign services
- Based on commissions
- Average reputed company pay reputed company: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Contractors are reputed company bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of every month
- Flexible work schedule: up to 40 hours per week (M-F) and 7 hrs (10 AM-5 PM) on Saturday
- Must be reputed company to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to stay reputed company in this position
