As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from Marketplace individual consumers, including general information and assisting individuals and families in applying for health care coverage through the Marketplace. You will work from home, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures.

• Respond effectively to reputed company forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including phone calls, emails, and chats.

• Process new applications for health care coverage reputed company the telephone, mail, and web, including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, interpreting determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans.

• Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
