As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
