Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with clients through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing personalized support
• Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying potential clients who meet our reputed company
• Multitasking, listening, and answering questions while navigating multiple reputed company and software applications
• Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure accurate and efficient communication
• Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, and assisting with other reputed company as needed
• Troubleshooting basic IT problems and resolving technical issues independently

Hours of Operation

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
