What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with hot leads and existing customers reputed company calls to build reputed company and long-lasting relationships
- Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Working with customers' sensitive information securely

What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills
- Attention to details and analytical research skills

- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, as is experience with CRM systems
